Joanne Gullick

Joanne Gullick has over 25 years of experience in finance and corporate governance having previously worked in a broad range of industries including a not-for-profit employer membership group, an ASX public-listed company, the performing arts, retail, and chartered accountancy. Ms Gullick was at the Australian Industry Group where she headed up the finance team for almost a decade. She also sat on a number of boards in her capacity as company secretary. Ms Gullick holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University. She is also a Certified Practicing Accountant and has obtained a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia.
