Jo Bennett

Jo Bennett is a Development Director at Fini Group. Her career of over 17 years encompasses senior roles at Fini Group, Hesperia, Peet and Mirvac delivering mixed-use and multi-residential built form projects as well as masterplanned land developments.

Jo held a lead role with the Fini Group team in the State Buildings redevelopment with a focus on the retail tenancy and delivery strategy. At Hesperia, Jo managed Hesperia’s masterplanned community project division, leading a diverse team of Development Managers. Jo has had a wide range of experience across complex planning processes, design development, construction delivery, sales and leasing, marketing and legal negotiations.
