Jim Meneely has over 25 years' experience as a project manager, consultant, and analyst in business and information services functions. He has worked in government, manufacturing, mining and resources as well as in professional consultancy. Mr Meneely has extensive experience at senior management level in information services within the West Australian government sector. Prior to his career in the public sector, he was employed in the mining industry in Zambia and South Africa and in major consulting firms in Canada and Australia. Mr Meneely has a Masters of Information Systems degree from Curtin University, Perth; a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Computing from Edith Cowan University, Perth; and a BSc.(Economics) from the Queens University of Belfast.
