Jim Leighton

James Leighton has over 40 years of experience in fast moving consumer goods.

Mr Leighton was the president and founder of 40 North Foods, a startup venture backed by companies Pilgrims Pride and JBS. He was also the chief executive of Inghams; chief operating officer, interim chief executive and director of Boulder Brands; and spent seven years at Perdue Farms including as president of the company's food group.
