Jim Hallam is an experienced senior finance executive and as chief financial officer of three funds management businesses within Australia and the United Kingdom, his roles have covered unlisted and ASX-listed infrastructure, private equity, and debt funds.
Mr Hallam led the establishment of three infrastructure funds which raised capital of $480m in listed and unlisted sectors. He has also led or co-led the acquisition of investments in infrastructure and private equity within Australia, UK and USA as well as the initial public offering of two listed Australian infrastructure funds.
Mr Hallam is a non-executive director of unlisted and listed companies and member of compliance committee of an Australian funds management business which managed a range of unlisted and ASX-listed funds.
