Senior Legal Counsel, Company Secretary / Paladin Energy
Jeremy Ryan has extensive experience in corporate governance. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1999, and to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2001.
Mr Ryan was appointed senior legal counsel and company secretary of Paladin Energy in August 2021. Prior to that, he was the company secretary and legal manager of ASX-listed gold miner Saracen Mineral Holdings; and had advised government departments and worked in the finance and projects team of a large international law firm.
During his time in private practice, Mr Ryan advised companies in the resources sector on project development and operation.
