Jeremy Quan-Sing is an experienced commercial litigator with a particular specialisation in major project and construction disputes. He advises a broad range of clients across the energy and resources sectors, often in relation to high value, complex disputes. Mr Quan-Sing has experience in advising and acting on disputes relating to the asset acquisition, exploration, construction and production stages of projects. He also has extensive experience with construction contracts of all types including joint ventures, farmin agreements, offtake agreements and royalty agreements. Mr Quan-Sing spent almost a year on secondment to the in-house legal team of a major domestic oil and gas producer. In addition to his legal qualifications, he has an honours degree in mechanical engineering which helps him give practical advice on matters involving technical issues. Mr Quan-Sing has been trained formally in legal project management, having attended a full-day LPM workshop delivered by US legal project management expert Susan Raridon Lambreth.
