Jeremy Ayre is a co-founder of Minegenco, AWR Lloyd and Baker Steel Resources Trust; and director of PWR Hybrid.

Mr Ayre has 30 years of experience in the mining industry, including advising Rio Tinto’s board on capital investments and strategy as a member of its business evaluation team.
