Jenny Edinger is a special counsel in employment and workplace relations. She assists employers with drafting and negotiating enterprise agreements, and with resolving complex matters relating to award interpretation and employee issues management (performance, discipline, termination and redundancy).
Ms Edinger is skilled in conducting effective workplace investigations and payroll compliance auditing, prepares reports and advises boards & senior management on investigation & audit outcomes. She also assists employees in resolving workplace disputes, and provides representation in disciplinary investigations and occupational registration matters. Her matters have included proceedings in the Federal Circuit Court, Fair Work Commission, Supreme Court, the Industrial Magistrates Court and the WA Industrial Relation Commission.
Prior to a career in the law, Ms Edinger was an employee relations manager and occupational health and safety coordinator for large Australian companies.
She has a Juris Doctor in Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Murdoch University.
