Jenny Davis OAM is a well-known actor, director and writer in Western Australia.
In 1993 Ms Davis founded Agelink Theatre, a reminiscence theatre company that creates shows based on oral histories and West Australian history, promoting intergenerational activity, and celebrating our seniors. She has written, directed and produced many shows for the company. In 2018, Agelink Theatre became THEATRE 180, with the aim of broadening activities to do more regional touring of main stage productions, and also work with schools & drama education.
In 2001, Ms Davis received a Centenary Medal for services to West Australian theatre. In 2016, she was awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia, received the award for Arts and Culture at the 2016 WA Seniors Awards, and was named Juniper Champion for Seniors. In 2017, she was inducted into the Western Australian Women’s Hall of Fame.
