Jen Ehlers has over 20 years of entrepreneurial business experience in multi-disciplinary businesses, working as a management consultant, entrepreneur and teacher. She was also involved in 'green field’ startups, sales, marketing, customer service in manufacturing and import/export in Asia. Ms Ehlers contributes to her community through various voluntary roles and is on the boards of Ngala, Friends of Ngala, Direct Reach Ethiopia, and as president of Scotch College Auxiliary.
