Jeff Holloway is experienced in the development initiation, management and delivery of commercial, residential, and industrial property in Australia. He has spent more than 40 years working on development activities, project management and major construction projects. Mr Holloway has developed and constructed over 60 projects with a combined area of over 1.25 million square metres.
He founded and manages a private company Emmtex Property that provides strategic advice, undertakes development and project management services, and sources major development opportunities for clients. Until late 2008, Mr Holloway was the managing director of commercial development division at Brookfield Multiplex, and was responsible for the major mixed-use projects in Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane and Auckland. Prior to that, he was a senior executive at CRI Australia, LendLease Group and John Holland.
