Jason Pater has over 20 years of board experience in corporate and non-profit organisations, and significant corporate experience particularly in the US.
Mr Pater has been the president of Westwater Group (a Michigan-based investment company) and vice president of facilities and construction of National Heritage Academies (one of the leading educational service providers in the US).
He was formerly the president of PrepNet, which manages a network of college preparatory high schools. The company was recognised as one of the Top 500 fastest-growing, privately held companies in the US by Inc magazine in 2013.
Mr Pater holds undergraduate degrees in Business and Spanish from Hope College, and a Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University.
