Jaron McVicar is a qualified solicitor in New Zealand, England and Wales.

Mr McVicar joined a2 Milk Company as general counsel and company secretary in November 2016, having already provided legal advice to the group over a number of years in his previous role with a leading New Zealand law firm. He was appointed chief legal and sustainability officer in April 2021 and retains the role of company secretary.

Prior to joining a2 Milk, he worked in private practice for 15 years as a corporate and commercial lawyer, including seven years working in London.
