Jan Harris

Jan Harris had a distinguished career in the Australian public service with extensive experience in public and regulatory policy development, economics and governance. She held senior roles in the Department of the Treasury and the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, including as deputy secretary at the Treasury. Ms Harris was a member the Council of Financial Regulators, the Centre for International Finance and Regulation, the Financial Sector Advisory Committee, and was on the board of the Australian Reinsurance Pool Corporation. She is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation and a member of the Independent Panel for Eliminating Duplication across NSW Government agencies.
