James Hambly has a background in engineering and over 12 years of experience in local government at the City of Subiaco where he has been involved in road safety programs, asset management, transport planning, civil project delivery and sustainability. He was integral to the development of the City’s first Carbon Reduction Plan, enabling the City to become the first certified carbon neutral local government in Western Australia.
