Ivan Armeli has advised extensively on risk management and strategic issues arising from multi-jurisdictional litigation (and arbitration), and has wide experience of litigation in the corporate, construction, and energy and resource sectors. He has also acted on behalf of clients in relation to investigations by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, and notices to produce books and records and has acted and advised in commercial contract disputes (including those relating to Joint Ventures), and mining royalty disputes.
