Isabelle Kelland was admitted to practice as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2007, and in the Supreme Court of Western Australian in 2020.
Her main areas of practice are in commercial litigation and local government advisory work. Ms Kelland's litigation work covers a wide range of matter types including construction contract disputes, negligence actions and native title litigation. In local government matters, she assists on a broad range of advisory work, from matters requiring statutory interpretation, to defamation and employment law.
She works in litigious matters in the superior and subordinate courts, as well as matters involving the WA Court of Appeal and the High Court of Australia. Ms Kelland also works on prosecutions and matters requiring resolution in the State Administrative Tribunal, from planning to building appeals.
