Isabel Vidot

Isabel Vidot has experience in corporate advisory matters (including ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act Compliance), capital raisings, corporate governance, IPOs, and mergers and acquisitions. She has also advised clients on litigation and dispute resolution matters, with a focus on commercial contracts, directors duties disputes and restructuring. Ms Vidot holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Australia.
