Ingrid Longley
Head of Industry Development / Screenwest (Australia) Limited
Ingrid Longley was announced as Screenwest's head of industry development in February 2026, after previously serving as the head of product and corporate at the Bullshift Company.
Ms Longley spent almost a decade working with Electric Pictures, serving as a line producer from 2015 to 2017, and as head of production from 2017 to 2021.
She will lead the design and delivery of Screenwest's industry growth initiatives including its production attraction incentives, film-friendly initiatives, workforce capacity, documentary and digital games.
