Idris Abdullah

Dato' Idris Abdullah is an independent non-executive director of Magnus Energy Group and was appointed independent non-executive chair on 21 August 2008. He is the senior partner of Idris and Company (Advocates and Solicitors) handling general legal practice comprising banking practice (both drafting and litigation), land matters, general corporate work including due diligence, corporate restructuring and corporate insolvency litigation, construction and building work, exchange control work, criminal litigation, intellectual property litigation and general civil litigation since 1989. He is also chair and shareholder of Industrial Power Technology and advisor to a number of Sarawak companies.
