Ian Suckling

General Manager roles for St Barbara and Sino Mining were followed by 6 years as GM at the Jundee gold operation for, successively, Great Central Mines, Normandy and Newmont. Subsequent appointments in 12 years with Newmont were in senior technical and engineering positions with regional and global responsibilities. Mr Suckling is a member of the MERIWA Minerals Research Advisory Committee and Chairman of the Board of Management of the Australian Centre for Geomechanics.
