Ian Puddey
Emeritus Professor Ian Puddey AM is a general physician with a special interest in cardiovascular medicine.
He was the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Science at the University of WA for 10 years from 2005 to 2015. Prof Puddey was also a member of the High Blood Pressure Research Council of Australia, the International Society of Hypertension and the Australian Atherosclerosis Society.
In 2023, Prof Puddey was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia for significant service to medical education, research and administration.
