Ian McMaster

Ian McMaster had a 40-year career in capital intensive manufacturing businesses including 20 years in professional and middle management roles and 20 years managing several multi-billion dollar businesses with global reach. His international business experience covers Asia, Europe and Latin America within the metals, mining and food industries. After retiring from full time executive roles in 2006, Mr McMaster took on a number of board roles, together with the occasional specialist mentoring assignment. In 2015, he relinquished all commercial board roles in favour of community organisations and to devote more time to nature conservation and bush regeneration project on the Sunshine Coast.
