Ms Mastrantonis has extensive HR experience including in business strategy formation and implementation, employee engagement, and culture development.
She spent over 8 years at SAB Miller and was the youngest individual and first woman to be appointed to executive level. She went on to become the global organisational development executive in August 2005 and head of organisational development from September 2014 to January 2017.
