Heath Sharp joined Reliance Worldwide Corporation (RWC) in 1990 has worked in each international division of the business including senior management positions in engineering, product management, sales and operations. He was general manager of the Cash Acme facility in Alabama following its acquisition by RWC in 2002. He led the Australian division in late 2004, moved back to the USA in 2007 to re-join the US business, was president of the USA business and group chief operating officer prior to becoming group chief executive and managing director in July 2015.
