Mr Chen has over 6 years of experience operating an international seafood trading business and was responsible for finances, sales and marketing, with a key emphasis on markets in China and Japan. He has strong relationships with Cervantes Seafood's major buyers. His broad experience and specialist knowledge in key Asian seafood and marine markets is an essential element for the direction and growth of Cervantes Seafood (also known as Cervantes Corporation) and its future trading success. He holds a Masters in Science and is a member of the professional engineering institutions in the UK, US, Australia, Singapore and Malaysia.
