Hannes Meyer is a Chartered Accountant with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, a B Comm (Hons) graduate from the University of Pretoria in South Africa, and has 16 years of broad finance and management experience in the gold and base metals industries. Mr Meyer was the financial director of Harmony Gold Mining Company and prior to that, he was an executive director, chief financial officer and acting chief executive with Teal Exploration and Mining.
