Greg Steinepreis brings globally recognised contractual, advisory and dispute resolution expertise to his key role in many of Western Australia’s largest resources, energy and infrastructure projects. He advises energy and resources clients on procurement, works and services contracts and on project management. His specific project experience includes Australia’s major liquefied natural gas (LNG) and iron ore mining projects. Mr Steinepreis has advised government authorities as well as leading contractors and consultants on the delivery of public infrastructure including major roads and rail and on urban redevelopment. He has assisted governmental entities and power producers regarding electricity supply contracts and electricity industry regulation. His involvement in the construction and engineering industry is supported by more than 25 years of experience in dispute resolution. Not only does he advise parties in litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation, Mr Steinepreis is a Grade 1 arbitrator of international and domestic disputes and an accredited mediator. He is active in several major legal and industry bodies including the Construction and Infrastructure Forum of the Chamber of Commerce & Industry Western Australia. In October 2012, Mr Steinepreis was appointed a Fellow of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA).
