Greg Scroop

Greg Scroop is a business leader and operations manager with over 14 years of extensive operational expertise across residential aged care and retirement living villages. He also has significant experience in strategy, operating and non-operating budgets, P&L, business planning, asset management, human resource leadership, risk management and compliance. Mr Scropp has specific strengths in aged care facility management (new commissioning and existing facilities), in retirement living with a key focus on DMF, community and social housing frameworks. He also has an excellent understanding of the Aged Care Act and RV Act and Code.
