Greg Roder

Dr Greg Roder has more than 25 years of experience in both senior technical and managerial roles in the resources, energy and equities sectors. He held executive positions with AMP, ExxonMobil, Esso Australia, Macquarie Bank, Energy Developments and The Standard Bank of South Africa, as well as with independent listed energy companies. He was an investment banking professional at Macquarie Group. Dr Roder has worked in Australia, Africa and the UK/Europe, North and South America, and China. He has a strong record of influencing and structuring deals, restructuring business units and achieving improvement in shareholder value through commercial, asset and people investment and enterprise transformation. He has a veritable track record of streamlining and enhancing business performance through commercial, asset and people investment. Dr Roder holds a Bachelor Science (Honours) degree, a PhD in Geology, and a Masters of Business Law.
