Greg Nairn

Greg Nairn is a partner in Lavan's construction and infrastructure team, focused on advising clients on contract drafting and negotiation, construction contract claims, and major disputes. He graduated with Honours from the University of Western Australia in 1998. Mr Nairn has been practising as a lawyer since the completion of his articles in December 1999. While his focus is on construction law, he has extensive background experience as a litigator. His experience includes appearing as counsel on appeals before the High Court of Australia and the Court of Appeal in Western Australia, appearing as sole trial counsel, and representing clients at coronial inquests before the State Coroner.
