Greg Halls is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of finance experience, including several years in public practice, and primarily in the construction and property sectors.
Mr Halls held positions with privately-owned and run companies as well as large, multinational listed companies. These included corporate roles covering overall financial management, managing people, ensuring adherence to statutory compliance and process improvement.
Mr Halls is the chief financial officer, company secretary and director at Richard Noble and Co. He is also the company secretary of Quadrant Investments where he provides oversight on all financial aspects of the business including governance, due diligence and analysis.
He has a degree in Commerce majoring in Financial Accounting and Investment Finance, and a Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting.
