Greg Fitzgerald

Greg Fitzgerald is a Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years of gold mining and resources related experience, and extensive executive experience in managing finance and administrative matters for listed companies.

Mr Fitzgerald has performed the roles of company secretary, chief financial officer and non-executive director for a number of ASX-listed gold producers and exploration companies. He joined Resolute Mining in 1996 as general manager, finance & administration and company secretary. He later became its chief financial officer before relinquishing the role in 2017 but remains as company secretary. Prior to that, Mr Fitzgerald worked with an international accounting firm in Australia.
