Grant Bourke joined Domino's Pizza in 1993 as a franchisee and in 2001, he sold his eight stores to Domino's Pizza and became a director of the company. From 2001 to 2004, Mr Bourke managed the corporate store operations prior to being appointed managing director of Europe in July 2006. He won many awards within Domino's Pizza including as National Sales Champion in 1995, Golden Franchisee award in 1995, Franchisee of the Year for 1997 and 1998, the Golden Eagle in 1999 for his contribution to Domino's, and the Chairman's Award for outstanding leadership in the worldwide network. He became a non-executive director in September 2007. Prior to joining Domino's, Mr Bourke spent six years with Masterfoods (Mars Inc) working in various technical, sales and marketing roles throughout South East Asia, New Zealand and Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology from the University of NSW, a Masters of Business Administration from Newcastle University, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
