Graham Joyce commenced his career path as an accountant, moving into the property industry in 1981. He became a partner in a large property company in 1982, buying out his partner in 2004, resulting in a re-branding and re-launching of Joyce Property Investments. With over 34 years of industry experience in development, sales and administration, Mr Joyce continued to expand his property expertise. On a state level, he has been involved with the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia, holding a Board position for 12 years including as REIWA President during 2001 & 2002, and being awarded the prestigious REIWA award for excellence in 2005, followed by a life time achievement award in 2012. His national knowledge came through his involvement in the Australian Real Estate Institute based in Canberra. Again, he held a board position in 2003 and REIA Presidency during 2006 & 2007. In 2015, Mr Joyce stepped in the global real estate market and was invited to speak at the FIABCI real estate conference, representing the world’s elite property agencies.
