Grace Ng

Grace Ng is a lawyer in the trademarks team, assisting a range of clients in diverse industries including pharmaceuticals, mining, food and beverage, fashion, retail and real estate. She works with startups, small businesses, and large multinational corporations. Her practice focuses principally on brand protection issues, both contentious and non-contentious, and all aspects of trademarks prosecution and enforcement work including portfolio planning & management and legal risk management. This includes conducting national and international trademark and design clearances; global branding strategies; trademark filing and prosecution throughout the world; opposition, revocation and invalidity actions; co-existence agreements and dispute resolution; negotiating transaction documentation and licensing arrangements relating to the commercialisation of intellectual property; designs and copyright law; domain name disputes; and issues in relation to Australian Consumer Law including advising clients on misleading and deceptive claims in marketing, packaging and passing off.
