Grace Borrello

Grace Borrello is a communications professional with more than 10 years of experience in media, non-for-profits and politics. She has a strong background in community engagement, issues research, media relations and training in radio broadcasting. She also has an in-depth understanding of managing political, bureaucracy, media, community, industry and peak body stakeholders. Prior to joining Newgate Australia, Ms Borrello worked for 7 years as a community liaison adviser to State and Federal Members of Parliament in Western Australia where she gained experience developing and coordinating targeted communications and public engagement campaigns. She is passionate about the arts and sits on the board of a prominent Perth community radio station. Ms Borrello founded a nationally recognised long-running local music radio program, which has become an important platform for WA musicians. She is still presenting and producing this radio show. Ms Borrello holds a Bachelor of Arts, with a major in Political Science and International Relations, from the University of Western Australia.
