Peninsula appointed Mr Glenn Black as Chief Operating Officer of Peninsula and Tasman Pacific with effect from 1 May
2012. Prior to joining Peninsula, Mr Black worked in various senior positions including the last 14 years at the De Beers Mining
Group, most recently at Debswana Diamond Company, the world's leading producer of diamonds by value, where he held
senior construction, engineering and project management positions. Mr Black is a resident of South Africa.
