Giovanni Italiano

Mr Giovanni Italiano JP was first elected as Mayor of the City of Stirling in October 2013 and served his second term as Mayor. He is passionate about the City of Stirling, having been a resident of the Osborne Ward for more than 61 years. He lost his seat in the 2019 local elections. Mr Italiano is a registered builder and has a keen interest in improving the local economy and growth opportunities to ensure Stirling is a strong and prosperous City for all residents and ratepayers to enjoy. Being a concreter by trade and running his own building business, he had a natural interest and ongoing relationship with Council in terms of developments.
