He has operating experience in mining operations, operational readiness and major organisational transition in mining environments. Mr Lenz also has a strong background in organisational effectiveness and organisational development which has been applied in mining, global pharmaceuticals and financial services. He held senior management positions at Rio Tinto, AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals and Crute Consulting.
