Gerald Watts

Gerald Watts has over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and commercial negotiation.

Prior to embarking on a career in real estate, Mr Watts worked in state government departments (corporate affairs and WA Tourism), financial sector trading system and information sales (AAP Reuters and A.P.Dow-Jones Telerate), public broadcasting and executive recruitment (Drake Consulting). For 20 years, Mr Watts worked at Shellabears as a real estate sales consultant specialising in the Mosman Park area, acquiring considerable expertise in the areas of residential sales, residential subdivisions, strata titles, commercial sales, leasing. In 2005, he was appointed associate director of the company, and became a full director in 2007.

Mr Watts lived in Mosman Park for over 20 years and is an active participant in many sports and member of the community. He was a founding member and inaugural president of the Bay View Saints Masters swimming club, and is a longstanding member of the Fremantle Football Club and the Fremantle Sailing Club.

He completed a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Western Australia and has lived in Perth, Sydney and Canada.
