George Gresham is a payments industry executive with experience in the global payments industry. He has gained experience building, leading and advising financial enterprises through complex transactions, restructurings, international expansion, capital market transactions and changing regulatory landscapes.
Mr Gresham was a non-executive director of Green Dot Corporation, an American financial technology and bank holding company and one of the prepaid companies in the world; as well as Blue Pay Processing, a provider of technology enabled payment processing for merchants in the US and Canada.
During his executive career, Mr Gresham was chief financial officer of Netspend (now owned by TSYS, Global Payments), a prepaid financial services company; chief financial officer of Global Cash Access Holdings (now Everi Holdings), a full service Casino and gaming equipment and payment solutions provider; and chief financial officer and chief administration officer at eFunds Corporation (now Fidelity National Information Services), a provider of electronic processing and risk management services.
