Geoff Lawn is the parliamentary counsel at WA's Parliamentary Counsel Office, and president of the Commonweal Association of Legislative Counsel. Prior to joining WA's Parliamentary Counsel Office in September 2009, Mr Lawn worked in the Parliamentary Counsel Office in Wellington, New Zealand for 24 years.
