Geoff Atkins

Geoff Atkins is a civil engineer with over 20 years of project and corporate development experience across commercial, industrial, mining and infrastructure sectors.

Mr Atkins was the corporate planning manager of Lynas Corporation where he oversaw development and implementation of the corporate strategic planning process. He was also a group executive of operations at Rutila Resources. Mr Atkins founded rare earths explorer Cheetah Resources. In June 2019, Vital Metals announced plans to acquire Cheetah, in a deal which would saw Mr Atkins become managing director of the combined company.
