Mr Wayling has more than 40 years of accounting and business leadership experience in a professional services career, and in external audit and advisory roles with Arthur Andersen and then Ernst and Young (EY) in the Strategic Growth Markets Group where he was the EY Oceania Markets IPO leader. He has experience in accounting and financial reporting along with his experience in advising listed growth companies. He is Non-Executive Director Inabox Group Limited, Director of Eaton Vance Australia Pty Ltd, Odyssey House NSW, IGP Holdings Pty Ltd and Executive Director, Australian Olympic Foundation. He is Chair of Risk Management & Compliance Committee and Member of Human Resources Committee.
