Garrett Pearce practices in the areas of commercial and corporate law advising a diverse client base including developing businesses, private companies and ASX-listed corporations.
Mr Pearce has experience advising ASX-listed corporations on capital raisings, acquisitions, corporate governance matters and compliance with the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules. He has also advised companies in relation to establishing corporate structures, documenting shareholder agreements, the sale and purchase of businesses, assets and shares in private companies, documenting business and trade relationships, loan and security arrangements, and issues related to restructuring and insolvency.
Mr Pearce holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor from the University of Western Australia.
