Fritz Bolten is the owner of Oasis Farms which grows chia, maize, sorghum and chickpeas. Oasis Farms, started by his dad and built up by Mr Bolten and his stepfather Robert Boshammer, was one of the first to plant the chia seed in Australia in 2006.
