Fernando Faugno graduated in Architecture from Curtin University and also holds a degree in Construction Management and Economics. He joined Cox Architecture in 2001 and was appointed director in 2014. Mr Faugno has been a design leader for many major public and cultural projects in WA including the new Perth Children’s Hospital, Albany Entertainment Centre, Perth District Courts, Central Law Courts, and the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. He also has extensive residential and commercial experience including One Mill Street Perth, St Thomas More College Accommodation, Adina Serviced Apartments, Ernst and Young office building in Perth, and Port Adelaide’s Newport Quays in South Australia. His architectural experience in the Middle East includes the Dubai Sentinel Towers, and the $1.5 billion Al Bustan Mixed-Use Development in Abu Dhabi.
