Fay Winter

Fay Winter provided leadership and strategic direction for St John of God Subiaco Hospital’s quality and risk program until her departure in June 2018. She was previously the group manager of service quality and effectiveness for St John of God Social Outreach and director of quality and risk management at St John of God Murdoch Hospital for six years. Ms Winter is a registered nurse with over 30 years of healthcare experience. She holds a Masters in Health Service Management and Research; postgraduate qualifications in marketing, project management, occupational health and safety; Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Catholic Culture; and is completing Diplomas in Training Design and Development and Vocational Education and Training.
